The Egyptian Creation Myth all started with nothing. Then there was ripples of water leading to a lotus flower to blossom. Out of the lotus flower came a bird. The bird was Ra. Ra flew on top of a hill, but he wanted children. So he spit out is children. After he had kids he turned himself into an eye to watch them. After a while the kids got older and they left. Ra made another eye to watch over the land, so that Ra could watch his children. Later on the children wanted to come back. When they came back the second eye that Ra created started crying of joy and his tears became men. Then Ra came back just to see that he was being replaced. Ra got mad and became the eye of anger which meant he was also creating the sun and the cobra. Ra turned himself into a human. Many years after that people started getting tired of the sun and they rebelled against Ra. Ra was old and weak so he sent down a lion named Lionus. Then Lionus tried to destroy everything, so Ra also sent down Thoth to contain Lionus. Ra was so old he decided to take the Boat of Millions of Years to the underworld or what we call heaven. It is believed the stars would feed Ra breakfast everyday. That is the story of the Egyptian Creation Myth.
