Have you heard of the class that keeps you fit? P.E. keeps you fit while having fun playing sports like basketball, baseball, or soccer. Elementary school, middle school and, high school do P.E. which stands for Physical Education. Little kids don’t run a mile but they do less extreme sports like kickball or fluff a lo dodge ball. Older kids do a lot of running or extreme sports. In Physical Education you do a lot of games that have to include running such as kickball, capture the flag, football, basketball, or more things that keep you active. In Physical Education you have to dress out into gym clothes because dressing out counts as a grade and it makes it easier to move. It’s really fun being in Physical Education because you have fun with friends and you do a lot of fun activities. Sundale school has Physical Education in 5th, 6th, and 7th period class.
