The Championship Spelling Bee started on November 12, 2015. It was just like the first Spelling Bee, but harder to win and everyone came to win it all! Just as the first Spelling Bee, there are two rounds. The schools that moved on to the Championship were Waukena, Pixley, Oak Valley, and Sundale. The Championship took place at Pixley since they got the highest score out of all the schools. The first round ended with Waukena, 20; Oak Valley, 19; Pixley, 13; and Sundale, 12. We took a short break, then the second round began! It was intense, but we got through it. The second round ended with Waukena and Sundale with 24, Oak Valley with 29, and coming out in first, Pixley with 34. We might have lost, but we still have next year, as well as many more years to come!
