Sundale School won 3-2 against St. Alys. on November 3. I spoke to Mr. Pursell and asked, “What did the team do to prepare for today?” His response was, “We practiced really hard.” I also asked “What was your biggest challenge in today’s game?” He said “Controlling the ball through the middle. But they all did amazing on today’s game.” I also asked 2 team members each 2 questions. I asked number 23, Pancho (Fransisco) Gaona, “What were some things you did good on?” He said, “Making sure nobody scored.” I asked “How well do you think you did?” He said “Amazing.” I also asked number 34, Tyler Verkaik, “What are some things you need to work on?” and he said, “Not getting hurt!” I also asked “How well did your team do?” He said, “Exceptional, which I thought was pretty good.” But I think what really matters is that they had fun and the Mustangs came out victorious once again, with 3-2 Sundale.
